Pilates sessions with Bridget Montague

Pilates is a popular movement system emphasising smooth free movement, strength, core stability and joint mobility. It can be used by anybody to help improve body awareness, flexibility, relaxation, and sporting performance.

1:1 Individual training sessions

A detailed session designed around what your body needs at the time of the session. Bridget looks at the body moving to determine what is best for you on the day.

Feedback is an essential part of getting the movement right, in order to get the benefits, and 1:1 sessions will provide you the best opportunity for feedback.
