Acupuncture treatments involve the insertion of fine needles into specific areas, which are left in place for 15-30 minutes.
For your first visit, come prepared to share your medical history, including any relevant test results, such as blood work or scans. We work closely with other healthcare providers to offer integrated care, so the more information you share, the better we can help you. Wearing loose fitting comfortable clothing is also helpful.
For follow-up acupuncture visits, we recommend you arrive in a relaxed state, free from distractions, to fully benefit from the session.
